oil-based products ECOMAX is an innovative company which provides vegetal oil-based polyurethane products, respecting the environment, besides providing high quality level and excellent cost-effectiveness. Another company´s objective is to present adequate solutions to each customer necessity. ECOMAX offers a broad product line to support several markets such as: Marine, Wind Energy, Thermal Insulation, Civil Building, Automotive, and many others. As Ecomax´s main business, the company manufactures polyols (vegetal oil-based), used directly in its own products or sold to companies which use it in their production line. The vegetable oil-based polyol was developed with proprietary technology. With high hydroxyl content, it is used in the rigid foam manufacturing. The product also presents large cross-linking degree, providing more dimensional stability to foams.

Special polyurethane foam, developed with proprietary technology for application in boats, wind blades and automotive markets, among others. Its main characteristic is the excellent compression hardness and large flexibility in curvatures, together with the high polyurethane performance. It is a self-extinguishing product (it does not propagate flames) and offers extremely low water absorption ( 0,1% of the area). It is manufactured in several densities (45 kg/m³ till 400 kg/m³), according to the project necessity.

Adhesive – It was developed to join several substrates: wood, glass, ceramics and metal, presenting excellent production adhesion, without the characteristic epoxy based adhesive odour. It is easy to handle and can cure with the hardener addition (usage rate of 100 : 30 parts in weight).
