I was first introduced to performance art in college. It was my explorations in dance and set design that ultimately led me to painting. Often starting with a single brush stroke, affectionately called “dots�, and using monochromatic oil paints and large scale canvases, I unveil a creative process that attempts to remove myself as the subject, in hopes of creating original artwork that offers an uncensored glimpse into the human mind.
