Scrumptious Summer Specials Pierre’s in Bridgehampton presents a rosé wine dinner on Wednesday, June 27 from 6 to 10 p.m. Cost is $100 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The menu, which will be paired with wines from Provence’s Chateau d’Esclans, includes ceviche of shrimp and scallops with passion fruit and avocado (paired with d’Esclan Rosé), Chilean sea bass with asparagus, potato puree, leek and sauce beurre blanc (Les Clans Rosé), Aussie free-range natural rack of lamb with mustard, “herbes de Provence,” French string beans and gratin Dauphinois (Garrus Rosé) and coconut custard, red berry compote and passion fruit coulis (Whispering Angel Rose). In celebration of his new memoir Yes, Chef, Samuelsson will prepare a fourcourse dinner paired with wines by Bedell Cellars, Channing Daughters and Clovis Point. Two seatings will be available at 6:30 p.m. and at 9 p.m. Cost to attend the dinner is $125 per person, plus tax and gratuity. A signed copy of the book Yes, Chef will be included with the dinner.
