Since the envisioned Remás system requires that customers have bank accounts and are comfortable using the internet, we propose a method of growing the customer base through education about these first steps while simultaneously building trust in the Remás brand.

We saw our opportunity in the fact that all the information out there is not used or referenced. Resources available at the Mexican Consulate provide the same kind of information we determined to be important, is presented in an institutional way. While many services offer one or two helpful aspects to the user, none address their needs fully. The time and energy Remás has invested in understanding the best ways of reaching its user will allow the service to make a major difference. Our plan for Remás will gain trust from a community that needs a foundation before changing their current ways of doing things. With this foundation, Remás has the potential to transform the money-transfer industry for the better.
Vimos nuestra oportunidad en el hecho de que toda la información por ahí no se utiliza o se hace referencia. Recursos disponibles en el Consulado de México proporcionan el mismo tipo de información que consideran importante, se presenta de una manera institucional. Mientras que muchos servicios ofrecen uno o dos aspectos útiles para el usuario, no responder a sus necesidades por completo. El Remás tiempo y energía ha invertido en la comprensión de las mejores maneras de llegar a su usuario que el servicio pudiera hacer una gran diferencia.
