FAVORITE CAMPAIGNS Our national cause campaigns are pretty awesome. They allow teens to make a real, measurable impact and they never require money, a car, or an adult. Even though we love all our campaigns, we asked our staff members which campaign is their favorite and why. Give a Spit came in first place.

Give a Spit. It proves that small actions can go a long ways towards saving lives. I got swabbed last year in the office and was recently selected to be a back-up donor for a 54 year old with leukemia.
