Phone: 419-782-2756 VFW Post 3360 is a fraternal organization dedicated to participating in community functions such as: Memorial Day, Flag Day, POW/MIA Vigil, Halloween Parade, Veteranâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s Day, Relay for Life and Pearl Harbor Day. They also participate in funeral services for deceased veterans on request and make visits to area rest homes and hospitals. They donate to charitable organizations and are involved in youth programs like Christmas/Easter For Kids, school visitation and sponsor youth softball and wrestling and post the colors at all Defiance High School home football games.

3. Rotary Club of Defiance

RECEPTION HALL 1. Knights of Columbus Hall Location: 111 Elliott Road., Defiance Hours: 419-782-3536 Phone: Rental Info: 419-395-1047 K of C Hall is a rental facility available to the public for numerous types of functions. The hall capacity is more than 500 people in the main hall. There are 35 round tables, over 70 rectangular tables and 600 chairs available for use at the facility. Clean up at the end of the rental event is part of the service provided by the K of C. A large kitchen equipped to prepare meals, large walk in cooler for storage and bar serving area is available for use by the renting party. The bar area comes complete with two serving guns for soda as well as ice machines for rental use. Parts of the rental facility have high ceilings to give a feeling of spaciousness and avoid the feeling of being confined.

2. UAW Local 211 Location: 2120 Baltimore Road, Defiance Hours: Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Phone: 419-784-5399 The UAW Local 211 facility holds 450 people, and has a full kitchen for guests to use. Wedding receptions, graduation parties, reunions, anniversary parties, benefits, and more can all be held there! The hall also has a stage for DJs or bands.

There are trustees on call 24 hours a day if they are needed.

Phone: 419-782-1761 The Defiance Eagles 372 reception hall can accommodate 500 people, and is handicap-accessible. It has options for long or round tables, as well as a TV, DVD player and video players to suit your rental needs.
