Fmfilling Kollu (Horse gram) -1cup Carrot-lfinelychopped Beans-5-6finely chopped Capskicum-l finely chopped Onion-Zmedium sized finely chopped

Mix wheat flour, oil, salt and r e q u i d water to make a soft chapathidoughand restit for1hr.

Soak horse gram overnight and pressure cook it for 15 mts. When the cooker pressure subsides, remove the cooked dal. The excess water if any can be used for makingrasam. In a kadai heat oil and add the onions and saute. When the onions turn translucent add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes. Then add the chopped carrots and beans and saute for a couple of minutes. Spinkle water, cover and cook for 5 mts. Then add the cooked horse gram. Add all the spices and saute till raw smell goes and the mixture becomes dry.Turnofftheflameandletcool. Divide the dough into equal size balls and roll out each into a squawchapathi.

Place the filling in the center and spread out a little leavingthe outer sides so that it canbe folded over. Fold overfromd4sidesseahngwithwater. Heata tawaandcookthep81athatilldoneonbothsides.
