Patients who are enrolled in TRICARE Prime have priority at the family health care center where they are enrolled. Space-available care is extremely limited. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday and federal holidays, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.; closed Sundays. Same-day appointments are available for acute care needs.

Utilizing a five-tier triage system, the Emergency Department's staff of doctors, nurses, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, medics, corpsmen, health care techs, paramedics, and clerks are capable of evaluating, treating, and stabilizing the most severely ill patient. In an effort to meet the ongoing needs of our military members and their families, the Emergency Department is constantly trying to determine the best way to respond to unscheduled medical requirements.

The Belvoir Family Health Center at Fairfax, located at 2740 Prosperity Dr., Fairfax, Va., 22031, serves the communities of Annandale, Centreville, Fairfax, Vienna and portions of Burke and West Springfield. Belvoir Family Health Center at Woodbridge

The Family Health Center of Woodbridge, 14450 Smoketown Road, Prince William Square, Woodbridge, Va., 22192, is convenient for families living in Woodbridge, Lake Ridge and other areas south of the Occoquan River, as well as southern portions of Burke, Fairfax Station, Clifton and Springfield. Emergency Care

Fort Belvoir Community Hospitals' Emergency Department works to save lives, limbs, and eyesight, and provides

pathology, laboratory, and pathology. FBCH and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) are components of the National Capital Region Medical Integrated Delivery System. This partnership allows WRNMMC providers to render services at FBCH. As a result, patients have improved accessibility to advanced medical care at any of the two facilities. Patients should call the Integrated Referral Management and Appointment Center (IRMAC) at 1-855-CAPMED1 (1-855-227-6331) two days after the provider orders a referral to arrange their appointments. The Fort Belvoir Referral Management Office is available to assist patients and can be reached by calling 571-231-2754 or 571-231-2755.

Specialty Care

Fort Belvoir Community Hospital provides a variety of specialty services that include but not limited to allergy and immunizations, cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, hematology/oncology, infectious disease, neurology, pulmonary, radiation oncology, rheumatology, anesthesia services, otolaryngology, general surgery, breast care center, thoracic surgery, plastic surgery, tele-neurosurgery, gynecology, obstetrics, ophthalmology, orthopedics and rehabilitation, urology, women's health center, and child, adolescent, and adult outpatient behavioral health. Some of the support services include audiology, optometry, pastoral care, occupational and physical therapy, podiatry, radiology, speech-language

Also, beneficiaries enrolled to the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital can now book appointments online through TRICARE Online (TOL). TOL gives you the freedom to make and change routine and follow-up appointments online 24/7 for your entire family and currently over 80% of all Primary Care appointments available at FBCH are available on TOL.
