“THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT OF THE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING IS YOGA. YOGA IS THE MOST CHALLENGING TO ME BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO BE MENTALLY PREPARED AND IN TUNE WITH YOUR BODY TO DO THE STRETCHING. IT IS VERY FUN BUT CHALLENGING.”
