The 45 minute “Twerk it out” class has become the most popular session on the timetable at Gym Box in Holburn, with around 20 participants wiggling their bottoms in each class. A journalist reported that, although she felt a little silly at times, she definitely had a good workout with plenty of squats and lunges to work the legs and full body movements to raise the pulse. If it gets people moving and enjoying exercise – why not?!
