Definitely Bring: Towels and washcloths, toothbrush, floss, toothpaste, soap, deodorant, shampoo, bucket or container for personal hygiene stuff, required medications and health related items, underwear, socks, stockings, sleepwear, robe, jeans, shorts, slacks, skirts, t-shirts, shirts, blouses, tennis shoes, flip-flops or sandals, sweater or jacket, raingear and/or umbrella, bathing suit, alarm clock, planner, calculator, water bottle or cup or mug Bring If You Want: watch, flashlight, radio/ipod/personal music, camera, bike & lock, slippers, laundry stuff, sports equipment, musical instrument, mattress cover or pad,hairdryer, shaver, books, padlock, earplugs DON’T BRING: computer, XBox, Play Station, Wii or similar, big stereo system, television, weapons, air conditioner, pets, candles, fireworks, halogen lamps, anything illegal!

What to Wear For most of UB plan to wear summer clothes like shorts, skirts, t-shirts, summer shirts, blouses, sandals, tennis shoes. Remember: the classrooms are air conditioned bring a sweater or jacket. (NOTE: UB prohibits clothing promoting use of alcohol, tobacco or other drugs; containing profanity, obscenity, violence or sexual expressions; or that is disrespectful, disruptive or distracts from the educational process. Standard body coverage is required. UB staff will make the final determination about appropriateness of dress.) For seniors for some jobshadow appointments wear “nice’ (professional dress) clothes - dress pants or khaki’s with summer shirt, sandals, good tennis shoes or dress shoes for men; skirt & blouse or dress (remember slip!) and sandals or flats for women.
