去年夏季，教育局資優教育組首次委託文化地圖，聯同香港演藝學院電影電視學院舉辦「仲夏藝贊2011」計畫。計畫包括三部分：獨立電影評賞學生工作坊、仲夏影院及分享會，參與的中、小學生共約700人。我們曾向完成整個計畫的學員作問卷調查，以下是他們的評價：參與工作坊能增加我對獨立電影的認識(100%) 工作坊提升了個人的分析及批判能力，也擴濶了我的眼界(96%) 參與導賞工作，有助我深入反思自己對有關社會議題的立場及個人意見(100%) 我支持來年繼續舉辦此類獨立電影評賞學習活動(100%)

去年的頒獎典禮中，我有幸欣賞到學員即場演繹

現實問題，就越能激發深度的回應。

他們的獲獎評賞文章，親身見証了同學以上豐碩

香港特區政府於1998年已宣布發展大型計劃：
