Made in strictly limited editions, each set contains a commemorative dollar and/or half dollar for that year as well as a proof issue of the Lincoln cent, Jefferson nickel, Roosevelt dime, Washington quarter and Kennedy half-dollar. The production of Prestige Proof Sets was suspended in 1997 making these sets extremely collectible. Each set is encased in a book-like folio for display and comes in original government packaging.
