Salem Bishop McCort High School Principal September 2012 Dear Friends of Bishop McCort, It is with great enthusiasm that I welcome you to another exciting year of Bishop McCort Catholic High School athletics. The student-athletes and coaches continue the proud Crusher tradition that was forged nearly ninety years ago as Johnstown Catholic. You should know our parents, alumni, staff and students sincerely appreciate your attendance at our games and your good wishes throughout the school year. I am pleased to present to you the 2012 Fall Sports Media Guide. This comprehensive guide highlights the Bishop McCort marching band and athletic teams that compete in the fall sports season. Our coaches and teachers expect our student-athletes to compete wholeheartedly— always reinforcing the school’s commitment to sportsmanship and fair play. As a guest of the school at interscholastic athletic events, always remember it is an expectation of all fans to be positive and courteous in the stands at all times. High school athletics is an extension of the classroom and should be respected by all who attend these amateur contests.
