Our Farm Festivals Continue to Grow The first weekend in May saw the first Beach Plum Farm Spring Festival — it will now become a regular event on the Cape Resorts calendar, complementing our Beach Plum Farm Fall Festival, which takes place every Saturday in October and features seasonal beers from Cape May Brewing Co. The featured dish at the spring event is grilled lamb, served with farm-fresh produce, plus kid-friendly choices. For entertainment there is live music, hay rides through the farm, a scavenger hunt, s’mores roasting and more. In 2015 the Beach Plum Farm Spring Festival will be held on April 18 and 25, and May 2.

Beach Shack Gets a Spruce-up Cape Resorts interior designer Colleen Bashaw spent last fall and winter freshening up the Beach Shack. As a result our human AND canine guests are going to be pleased (the Beach Shack recently introduced a number of dog-friendly rooms along with a doggie menu at The Rusty Nail). The Beach Shack got new bathroom vanities, new carpeting and a fresh lick of beachappropriate paint. So now the happiest little hotel on the beachfront is even happier!
