NRA Gunsmithing Schools: The NRA is currently affiliated with four colleges that offer short-term gunsmithing and law enforcement armorer courses. Courses are typically offered during the spring and summer months, and range from several days to two weeks in length. Men and women (ages 18 and over) may choose from a varied curriculum of very basic to advanced courses. The charges vary according to the course being offered. Please note that these are not degree programs and you will not receive college credits for these courses. However, you will receive a certificate indicating that you have completed the class.
