Session Title

Abstract

Name The Problem To Identify The Solution

Room

Duration

Butternut/Holly

90 min.

Key

In this era we have developed assessment tools and experts to deal with the problems people have. Often the people who have the most barriers are struggling from the negative feedback that comes from those assessment and experts. In this seminar we will be exploring the concept that people give their solution when they explain their problem. Discover ways to open people to becoming their own expert and explore with them not for them. When people describe a problem they want to convince you of their worldview. This view justifies the problem and you can get stuck with the client. The useful description of problems contains the resolution to the problem within it.
