The TOUR OF HOMES Lives On

olumbia’s Largest Open House of New Homes for Sale is the 2013 TOUR OF HOMES and was held over three weekends in April. The annual scattered-site showing offered five Featured Communities and 53 new homes. Columbia’s finest builders and developers showed their innovative ideas, special design features, dynamic floor plans and fine craftsmanship through the annual event. Sixteen builders and developers participated in the TOUR OF HOMES this year. Special thanks to Blue Ribbon Builders, Crown Communities, DR Horton, Ensight Homes, Epcon Communities, Essex Homes, Inc., Executive Construction, LLC, Fortress Builders, Great Southern Homes, Holiday Builders, Homemax, Lifestone Homes, Midsouth Builders, Mungo Homes, Saluda River Club and Sovereign Homes. The five Featured Communities on the TOUR OF HOMES were Cobblestone Park, Lake Carolina, Lexington Villas, Saluda River Club and Springhill Lake. Thanks to Fortress Builders who presented Home #1 on the TOUR and hosted the Sneak Peek.
