Teresa K. Demchak ’76 spent nearly four decades fighting against discriminatory practices. Over that period the social and legal landscape for discrimination has changed immensely, and she is proud of the progress to which she contributed over that time. However, she notes there is still plenty of work to do to ensure an equal playing field.
