Personal Training Our certified trainers can provide training one on one or in group sessions. Whether you are new to fitness, need personalized motivation or sport specific training our personal trainers can develop a program individualized to you and your specific goals.

Our trainers can motivate you by assisting with goal setting, providing feedback and accountability. Speak to one of our weight room or reception staff for more information and to set up an appointment.

Aquatic Personal Training

Includes you and your trainer in a one on one 60 min sessions addressing your personal fitness related goals.

The viscosity of water provides an excellent source of resistance when incorporated into an Aquatic Personal Training program. This resistance allows for muscle strengthening without the need of weights. This program is especially useful for those with arthritis, healing fractured bones or who are overweight.

Follow-up Session $55

Clients can use the follow-up to get some input into their existing programs if they have been training for a few years. Follow-up session will not include a full new program but will include a progression of an original program or a substitution of some exercises that are more appropriate. Follow-up programs are also designed for people who would like a personal trainer to check their form, correct faulty movement patterns or have some input in their usual program to make it better.
