tennis group instruction Junior & Adult Group Clinics
Group lessons are offered for both beginner and intermediate juniors (ages 8-18) and adult (ages 19 and up) tennis players. The beginner class teaches fundamentals, while the intermediate class focuses on skill improvement. The classes are limited to 12 participants and begin the first Tuesday of each month. Pre-registration is required. Registration can be done at the Pro shop, Kelly Recreation Complex, or online at www.lakelandgov.net/parkrec. Kid's Tennis Halloween Spectacular Junior beginning players invited. This event includes tennis, games, food and fun with a Halloween theme. Oct 1 | 5-7pm RSVP Required By MON, Oct 14 Call 834-2374 prior to the event so that we can provide your child with the best possible activity and dinner. Activities will include lots of tennis and games including: Casket Ball, Pinata Serving, Ghost Buster, Black Rat & Bat Relay, Best Costume and Simon Swings on a Broom. Prizes and free pizza for participants following the evening's games. A bag of treats will be given to the first 100 sign-ups. All participants will receive treats. Please wear tennis shoes. We have racquet balls, but if you have your own racquet, please bring it.

Tennis is the sport for a lifetime of fun and fitness. Come join our leagues for all abilities. The Polk County Tennis Association League consists of 12 tennis facilities and clubs in Polk County.
