nclusion and diversity are critical components for a sustainable growing economy. The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s Minority Business Accelerator works to ensure the Tristate has a healthy and vibrant economy for all people by creating environments for growth for minority entrepreneurs. “We’re about changing the conversation and landscape here in Cincinnati,” says Crystal German, vice president of the Minority Business Accelerator at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. The MBA is the Chamber’s economic development initiative focused on growing minority-owned businesses and firms. The accelerator’s portfolio includes 34 entities that represent a variety of industries, including construction, management consulting and more. By creating a grow th platform for minority-owned businesses, German says the MBA fosters a competitive arena for corporations throughout the region, while creating a stream of jobs, investment and growth.
