Introduction to
Bony Lofts LeMartel Estate 2 Station Road Nigel Owned by Koot and Margaret van der Walt We house the following Pigeons from local Champions as well as those from Europe and America.
Ad Schaerlaeckens We visited this legend’s lofts in 2007 and imported 8 birds over two years from him. These eight birds produced winners for us from all distances and what is more all of them produced good ones there is not one bird from which we did not obtain good consistent racers. Unfortunately one of the cocks died. It seems tha Ad deliberately send you only Cock when you import as I managed to obtain only one hen, which I am convinced he made a mistake and thought it was a Cock. This hen seems to be the star amongst the collage of Schaerlaeckens.

Next on our European trip was another great champion over many years the family Wal Zoontjies although we never imported from Mr Zoontjies directly we managed to obtain this Cock from Robert Swanepoel and this one bird had a huge impact on Bony Lofts.

Next we went to Dortmund Germany to meet the breeders of Hetti who was the SCMDPR Ace bird up to the main race, the year after Birdie. We managed to import a direct brother and sister to Hetti and 4 other birds from these two extremely enthusiastic fanciers. Mr Alfred Sekora and Gerd Selter.
