Establish a Fund with CFNCW The Community Foundation of NCW is for people who care about making this part of the world a more wonderful place to live, to learn, to work and raise family. No one knows exactly what our communities’ needs will be in 20, 50 or 100 years, but we believe that tomorrow’s local leaders will need substantial charitable resources to respond adequately to the issues of the day. Donors to the CFNCW want to make a real difference with their philanthropy and they know the Foundation has the ability to help them do just that. Individuals, families, organizations or businesses may create a named fund with a minimum gift of $5,000. Contributions can be made at any time, adding gifts when it is to your best advantage. It’s quick and easy to establish a fund at the Community Foundation—even if the gifts are complicated such as gifts of stock or real estate. And the best part is: our administrative fee is just 1%. Whether you want to be a part of grantmaking, establish a scholarship, or have charitable intent but not sure how to determine the most need, our professional staff can help acheive your charitable goals today and forever.
