Spin & Fitness Spin Classes

Challenge yourself to new levels through a variety of techniques featuring hills, sprints, jumps, and more! Bikes can be reserved up to 7 days in advance at the Zone desk. Several 40 minute classes are held daily! Our most up-to-date schedule can be downloaded at brocku.ca/recreation-services/ activities-and-courses Spin classes are included in a Zone membership. There is no charge for current Brock students.

Designed to fit into your busy day, classes are offered over lunch hours, and late afternoons, leaving you no excuses to join our family of fitness enthusiasts.
