GUEST INFORMATION HOTLINE
To better serve our guests while attending events on our property, Bristol Dragway hosts a 24-hour-a-day, toll-free information hotline. From 8 a.m. Thursday, June 13 through 10 a.m. Monday June 17, guests who need information may call 1-866-925-9258 and we will be happy to assist. This call may be placed from any of the courtesy phone box locations on Bristol Motor Speedway and Dragway property or from your cellular phone. Telephones are located at the following locations: Bruton Smith Building (behind Turn 2 of BMS) Office Lobby • Old Ticket Office (by the bridge at the North Entrance of Bristol Motor Speedway) • Shower House - Dragway Campground • Dragway (grandstand side) • BMS side of bridge at All American Campground • South Entrance Gate (across from Wellmont Air Transport Center and Helipad) • Bridge at Harmon Simcox Drive (vehicle traffic crossing) • Bridge at Earhart Parking • Landscape island across from Hospitality Village Entrance in the north/guest/media parking area (see map).
