UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO PLAYER HONORS ~ ALL-AMERICANS

Offensive guard Mike Iupati graduated from Idaho in the spring of 2010 as the most decorated Vandal in school history. A senior season during which he garnered consensus All-American status and was an Outland Trophy finalist, led to his being taken as the 17th player by the San Francisco 49ers in the 2010 NFL draft. That made him the second Vandal to go in the first round and the second highest ever. He was a first-team selection of the Walter Camp Football Foundation, the Football Writers Association of American, the American Football Coaches Association and the Associated Press. He was invited to both the Senior Bowl and the East-West Shrine Game as well as the Texas vs. U.S. All-Star game. A native of American Samoa, he is the first person in his family to earn a college degree. 1957 1965 1966 1969 1976 1979 1982 1983 1985 1986 1987 1988 1988 1988 1988 1988 1988 1989
