Van a hacer cinco años desde que Burzako en el Mar arrivó a Cariló. Diez años en San Telmo lo convirtieron en el clásico restaurant de cocina vasca. Liderado por Leandro KoKo Egozcue, chef, propietario y creador del lugar. Maneja Burzako en el Mar como manager junto a su equipo de cocineros formados todos por Martín Berazategui en el pais vasco (dos estrellas Michelin). Su historia citadina hoy sigue en el Restaurant del Centro Vasco de Lomas de Zamora. Su cocina se destaca por sus pescados, paellas y arroces, tapas y miniaturas. La vedette de la casa es el rabo de buey glaseado al vino tinto, una preparación de diez horas de cocción que es imperdible.Abierto todos los fines de semana del año.

Five years have passed since Burzako en el Mar arrived in Cariló. Being ten years in San Telmo has turned it into the traditional restaurant of Basque cuisine. Burzako en el Mar is leaded by Leandro koKo Egozcue, chef, owner and creator of the place who runs the restaurant as manager together with his team of cooks trained by Martin Berazategui at the Basque country (two Michelin stars awarded). Today its history continues in the city, at the Restaurant of the Basque Centre located at Lomas de Zamora. It is distinguished for the fish, paella and rice, tapas and miniatures recipes. The star of the restaurant is the oxtail with red wine glaze, a preparation that needs a ten- hour cooking which cannot be missed. Open every weekend during the year.
