Abstract
Being born in a business family, having assisted my father in his business, and after having an opportunity to study Postmodern Philosophy, I found one of the most interesting books by chance, Inside Drucker’s Brain. Drucker’s latest ideas of business theories had been lively interviewed by Jeffrey A. Krames and were published in 2008. Drucker has been named “Father of Modern Management and is the first to write how to manage an organization. I found, since he was born in the modern age, some of his ideas were certainly in the modernity. Nevertheless, without being aware, some of his ideas were also progressively to be postmodern. Once business management has been implemented, one would be named automatically a moral person, as one would have an ethic of care, would be a self-detached, would welcome diverse human ideas, etc.: that is, he would be a pluralist who loves the differences that are compatible in the model of “unity in diversity”. The main point is to find the common standpoint for working together in teamwork. Any difference should be counted as a gift ready to serve society. For postmodernists, every individual has human dignity to be encouraged to develop his own potential by every means, aiming at enhancing quality of life and living together in a happy and peaceful society.
