DeLoach Vineyards has been a pioneering producer of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Zinfandel in the Russian River Valley since 1975. The winery’s passion is to produce exceptional wines that spotlight the singular personality of Russian River Valley terroir. On an idyllic twenty-acre organic farm in the Russian River Valley, visitors enjoy a certified Biodynamic estate thriving with Sonoma’s agricultural bounty. In the cellar, traditional Burgundian winemaking techniques such as open-top wood fermentors, native yeast fermentations, and hand punch-downs ensure terroir-driven wines of distinction.

In partnership with Fallot Mustard, one of the most historical Dijon mustard producers from Burgundy, France, we will introduce you to the wonderful world of wine and mustard. Your host will teach you about the history and production of these two venerable products as you stroll through our vineyard and garden, and guide you through the process of making your own mustard from Dijon mustard seed. The tour ends with delicious mustard-inspired food with a flight of DeLoach wine.

Before there were vineyards in every valley north of San Francisco, before Napa and Sonoma were household names, before there was a California wine world at all, there was Buena Vista. Avignon, France The Chartreuse de Bonpas is a fortified convent from the 12th century erected on a historical crossing point of the Durance River, at one time named Bonpas (Bon, or good, Passage) and given by the Pope.
