Bannock St., Boise. BOISE WEEKLY COVER AUCTION GRANT—Each year, Boise Weekly hosts its annual Cover Art Auction, when we sell off a

year’s worth of cover art from local artists. For the last decade we’ve been giving away the proceeds of our annual auction to arts organizations and individual artists. In memory of two regular BW cover artists, two $1,000 grants will be awarded to individual artists. At least will be awarded the PJ Dean Grant and at least one will be awarded the Surel Mitchell Grant. The remaining funds will be awarded to arts organizations. To apply, submit a proposal answering a series of questions, which can be found at boiseweekly.com. Proposals must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 3.
