We know there are a multitude of choices out there, and we truly do appreciate your business and confidence in our breeding stock. The past year has once again proven to be a prosperous year for all cattle producers and although prices have leveled off, they are still at, or close to, record highs and strong optimism in the cattle industry continues. 2015 was an exciting year for us here at Shiloh Cattle Company. We started the year off, as did many other producers, with exceptionally mild weather throughout most of the calving season. Our calf crop in both the Purebred herd and the Commercial herds was over 100% due to a few sets of twins and minimal losses. We attended a record amount of shows in the past year, including the IPE (Armstrong, BC), Olds Fall Classic (Olds, AB.), Lloydminster Stockade Roundup (Lloydminster, SK.), Red Roundup (Red Deer, AB.), Farmfair International (Edmonton, AB.), Canadian Western Agribition (Regina, SK.), Canadian Bull Congress (Camrose, AB.) and Crossroads Bull Congress (Oyen, AB.) One of the highlights of our show season was acquiring our 3rd Canadian Angus Championship with RED SHILOH CANNON FIRE 8C, the 2015 Canadian Angus Association’s Red Angus Bull Calf of the Year. We also were incredibly honored to have received 3 Champions and 1 Reserve Champion at the “2015 Canadian National Angus Show” in Lloydminster, SK. as well as several other Champion titles that are noted throughout this catalog including 3 Premier Breeder Awards, 2 Premier Exhibitor Awards, and 1 Herdsman Award throughout the show season. We are truly humbled by our success in the past year and we would like to thank all those who believe in and support our breeding program. With that said, we continue to strive to produce breeding stock from some of the very best genetics available in Canada and the world. Cattle that are are at the leading edge for performance, soundness, structural correctness, calving ease and have a kind disposition. We have added some new and exciting genetics to our program in 2015, acquiring a new Herd Sire and a couple cutting edge females as well. Along with our offering of Red Angus bulls, we will also have some Angus/Simmental cross (MAX) bulls from our Red Angus Cows bred Black Simmental, and several packages of both red and black commercial heifers. This will be the second year our bull sale will be held here at the Ranch in our new Sale Barn and once again we are aiming to make it a memorable event. The bulls and replacement heifers will be on display just steps outside the warmth of the sale barn. Viewing of the sale bulls and heifers starts at 10:00 AM sale day, but please feel free to contact us anytime to arrange for viewing before sale day. There will be hospitality on offer before and after the sale as well as a full course Prime Rib Dinner from 11:30 - 12:30 with the sale to follow at 12:30. Cannon Fire’s unique and impressive pedigree and outstanding EPD’s have certainly caught a lot of attention. He is above breed average in all categories across the board. His 79 lb birth weight and 865 lb weaning weight speak volumes about his performance. 5 Once again our “Fully Loaded” sire has provided us with an outstanding crop of calves in 2015. We did not use him heavily this past year, but the calves he has produced are all in the top end of our pen. His son, Red Shiloh Buzz Bout Loaded 9B, the Canadian Angus Association’s Grand Champion Red Angus Bull Calf of 2014, was Reserve Grand Champion Yearling Bull at the 2015 Inner Provincial Exhibition in Armstrong, BC, and went on to win 2 other titles in 2015 before selling to Topham Red Angus of Eastend, SK. His females have had similar success producing 2 champion heifers in 2013/2014. Loaded’s son, SCCA 2A, was our high selling bull in 2014. He produces consistently moderate birth weights with calves that are sure footed, wide topped, and have tons of length and hair to spare.

We are moving into our 6th season of breeding these outstanding cross bred bulls and we are extremely pleased with the results. We ramped up our “Max” bull program in 2014 when we purchased our first black Simmental bull from City View Simmentals of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, and we were so impressed with both the bull and heifer calves that we purchased a second sire from the same program. Also, this year will be the last offering of our “Teddy” bulls, as we no longer have the sire due to an injury. These powerful calving ease bulls would be an amazing addition to any commercial cattle program. They have that extra muscle and bone structure but are still smooth made. All of our cross bred bulls were weaned on October 26th, 2015.

Terms & Conditions 1. TERMS: The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable in Canadian funds unless previous arrangements have been with individual consigners. Settlement prior to any cattle released.As soon as an animal is sold, it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. Any animal remaining at Shiloh Cattle Company must be Insured. Livestock coverage will be available from the clerk’s desk on sale day. 2. CERTIFICATE AND REGISTRY: Certificate of registry dually transferred will be furnished to the buyer for each registered animal after complete and full payment has been made. 3. IDENTIFICATION: Each animal will carry a CCIA digital frequency tag as well as a ear tag. 4. BREEDERS GUARANTEE: All cattle are sound and right to sell with a responsible breeder guarantee of satisfaction. In the event of an unlikely dispute, the regular terms and conditions standard with the Canadian Aberdeen Angus Association shall apply. Any complaints regarding fertility of any animal in the sale shall be directed to the breeder. No incidental expense such as feed, veterinarian charges, interest, etc., will be charged by either party.Under no circumstances shall the seller be responsible for more than the purchase price paid for the bull. 5.
