Say Cheese The Melting Pot Gets Spicy For Spring

T

he Melting Pot in Boca Raton is kicking off the spring season with a zesty new menu and a cheeseflavored giveaway.

Chocolate Fondue is a classic flavor combination—and a must-try—made with bittersweet dark chocolate and sweet dulce de leche accented with coarse sea salt.

Starting this month, a new limited-edition four-course menu will showcase the authentic flavors of Latin America. The new meal begins with Queso Fundido, a fondue version of the classic Mexican dish. Next, diners are treated to a refreshing Shrimp Ceviche Salad with an avocado puree, followed by an entree course of fresh meats and marinades, including a Chimichurri Sirloin with influences from Argentina and Brazil, Garlic Piri Piri Shrimp, Mole-marinated Chicken Breast, Citrus-marinated Pork Tenderloin and Fireroasted Corn Salsa Ravioli.
