Combing Beauty, Comfort and Technology The actions of the companies from the sector reflecting these new trends are highlighted by the President of the Camboriú Beach Resort Construction Industry Trade Union (SINDUSCON), Carlos Haacke. Haacke emphasizes both the completion of the construction work, primarily in terms of the disposal of the waste, as well as the elaboration of projects that prioritize the circulation of air in the environments, brightness and the installation of rainwater collection and reuse systems. According to Haacke, the changes are visible not only in the way the developments are built, but also in the profile of the investors. “Consumers are demanding and seek out companies with responsible environmental postures and a focus on superior quality – both in terms of design and finish,” said Haacke. “They want comfort, safety and sophistication when they invest in an apartment here in the region.” In the Camboriú Beach Resort, Itajaí and Itapema civil construction
