ALL PERSONS: Who attend the sale do so at their own risk and the owners and sale staff assume no liability, legal or otherwise for property loss or for any accidents that may occur. BULL GUARANTEE/WARRANTY: Consignors guarantee to sell you a bull that is structurally sound, a bull that has passed a semen test done by a licensed veterinarian. Should any bull fail to be a satisfactory breeder, unable to physically service a cow or heifer, he will be replaced with a bull of equal value. Should this not be possible, an adjustment will be made to reflect the value of the bull in question or a credit will be given towards the purchase of another bull. In short, we guarantee to provide you with a sound breeding bull. We, however, will not provide replacement or adjustment for physical injury or mismanagement. Bearing this in mind, we stress the importance of insurance on your bulls. Should you have a problem with your bull, call us. We will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We have back up bulls set aside for our customers. DELIVERY/PICK UP OPTIONS A: Consignors will keep the bulls until April 1, 2014, at no additional charge. Anything after this date will be at a charge of $2.50/day to the purchaser. Bulls may then be picked up or delivered for free within 200km at the consignor’s convenience. Anything beyond this will be at the cost to the purchaser. Consignors insist all purchases be insured while at consignors’ facilities. B: Purchasers wishing to pick up their bull on sale day or within a week following the sale will receive a $50.00 discount per individual purchased.
