Indust Equip Troubleshoot 1 3 2 This course covers the various service procedures, tools, instruments, and equipment necessary to analyze and repair typical industrial equipment. Emphasis is placed on electro-mechanical and fluid power equipment troubleshooting, calibration, and repair, including common techniques and procedures. Upon completion, students should be able to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.

Music Appreciation 3 0 3 This course is a basic survey of the music of the Western world. Emphasis is placed on the elements of music, terminology, composers, form, and style, within a historical perspective. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate skills in basic listening and understanding of the art of music. This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement general education core requirement in humanities/fine arts.

History of Rock Music 3 0 3 This course is a survey of Rock music from the early 1950’s to the present. Emphasis is placed on musical groups, soloists, and styles related to the evolution of this idiom and on related historical and social events. Upon completion, students should be able to identify specific styles and to explain the influence of selected performers within their respective eras. This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement general education core requirement in humanities/fine arts.
Networking NET 125
Networking Basics 1 4 3 This course introduces the networking field. Emphasis is placed on network terminology and protocols, local-area networks, wide-area networks, OSI model, cabling, router programming, Ethernet, IP addressing, and network standards. Upon completion, students should be able to perform tasks related to networking mathematics, terminology, and models, media, Ethernet, subnetting, and TCP/IP Protocols. Prerequisites:
