She holds many positions in professional and civic organizations including the president of Leadership West, president of the Council for Educational Facility Planners International, and Education Committee Chair for the Alliance for Construction Excellence. She is also on the board of the Arizona Business & Education Coalition, and the on the AIA Coalition of the Arizona School Facilities Association and involved with the Arizona Fire Districts Association.

His official title is president and CEO; however, a more likely description is manager of Geotechnical Operations, technical support for all other departments and offices, rainmaker, chief bottle washer, toilet fixer, etc. His accomplishments that he is especially proud of include raising two successful children and the opportunity to advance with Speedie from day one, being an owner for the past 11 years and growing it to more than 160 employees at its peak.
