She holds many positions in professional and civic organizations including the president of Leadership West, president of the Council for Educational Facility Planners International, and Education Committee Chair for the Alliance for Construction Excellence. She is also on the board of the Arizona Business & Education Coalition, and the on the AIA Coalition of the Arizona School Facilities Association and involved with the Arizona Fire Districts Association.

Responsibilities: President / CEO / Geotechnical Division Manager Years at Company: 32 Years in CRE: 35 Accomplishments: Creaser has provided geotechnical services in Arizona for more than 30 years. His official title is president and CEO; however, a more likely description is manager of Geotechnical Operations, technical support for all other departments and offices, rainmaker, chief bottle washer, toilet fixer, etc. His accomplishments that he is especially proud of include raising two successful children and the opportunity to advance with Speedie from day one, being an owner for the past 11 years and growing it to more than 160 employees at its peak.

Recently he designed several Class A office buildings and corporate headquarters including UniSource Energy in Tucson and Fountainhead Office Plaza in Tempe. He serves on the Scottsdale Planning Commission. Prior to that, he served on the Scottsdale Development Review Board for five years.
