Dark Man Behind the Door I followed A man from a Carnival crossing the street. I followed him into a door. Inside it was quiet. Nothing moved in the dark, all I could see was bookshelves, a candle that lit up the dark, a phone and someone trying to get out. That’s him, the man. I was falling over wires following him. But then the door opened, and the man left me all alone in the dark. I was scared. I screamed out for help. No one heard me. I just tried to get out from the window Bhowww! I jumped Back. Help me please any One

Photo of An Angry Man in a Crowd Hear, hear, hear my cry I’m watching the world I’m listening to you all Hear my cry I’m listening to you master I can hear you and everyone talk as the world goes by You can hear my cry

Oh my Brother A little boy wakes up to the sun Just in time to smile At his grown-up sister. She does everything for him, Even not tell mum and dad Of what him and his mates are going to do. Her name is Ellen Goodey. I love him, I love my brother. I smile back from the sun. Oh my brother, to me he is So wonderful Oh my brother, you’ll always be my darling brother. Oh my brother, Mike, we share the same life. What a boy. He’s got a kind heart, He goes mad but I don’t mind that. I look out for him, he looks out for me. I buy him coke, he buys me coke. Oh my brother, to me you are So wonderful. Oh my brother we are, We are brother and sister, All together in the sun Makes a whole new life.

Open your Mind Open your mind Before you speak Open your mind See what’s around you Open your mind Put a smile back on our faces Open your mind Only you can make that difference

A New Life The night I was born The night the rain fell The night my brother was born The night I’m scared The night I’m brave The night I forget....

The Christmas Fairy A little fairy goes a long long way To her empty tree. She stands on top of her tree With her coloured balls and silver, With a jingle jangle, Jingle jangle, A little fairy goes a long long way.

The eleventh of November 1918: First World War Song People died in the most terrible conditions. The noise of the German guns! The night sky dropped like an amazing bomb. The trenches blew up and millions of people died When the Treaty of Versailles came. Close Close Close your eyes. Think How you would feel if it was you, And be happy it’s not the end of the world.

Holidays On a ferry across the river The wind blows to the sea. The sun shines above, the laughter of children Wakes up the lazy world. Ice-cream, shopping stalls, a wonderful holiday. You can go ice-skating, roller-blading, you can buy hair-spray, You can camp, you can go swimming, you can go shopping. Try the food - the pizza, it’s great. You can sit on the roof and listen to music. At the fair, on the big wheel Going faster and faster It picks you up and throws You about. Imagine all the people laughing and screaming To the sea. Your hair glows in the night sky. Buy presents for the family, Have fun today, take photographs‌ The sea comes in quietly and whistles at you.

Song Let your heart dream, and rest your head. Be my guest, sleep if you wish, Turn the light out and dream so my heart is yours. O the stars in your eyes are so neat.

Happy Birthday Birds are flying, Spreading wings, Bright wings folding birthdays Flying away birthdays, Rocking on the silent waves.

Out at Night Being out is a wonderful thing But at night-time it’s a bit different. Stars glittering in the sky, The moon smiling at you, The angels come out singing and dancing. The romantic pattern is full of colourful things. The grass is so soft under your feet, The flowers are bright as you wander through the forest, The green, green trees blow in the wind. I love the way the angels sing. Hags with green hair and torches Burning like evil blood: let’s speak in the name of hags. Witches with yellow teeth laugh, Like shrieks and sparks. Everywhere I go it’s scary. Then I know how to describe evil plants, They glow up in the dark like Christmas trees, Like bald men with sticking-out teeth Sharp like blades. Three children and a baby get out alive.

The Toothbrush Clean, clean, clean your teeth, They are like knives as they clash together Scrub, scrub really well. You can’t stop me, I’m a toothbrush. Please, please clean your teeth, Clean, clean, clean your gums. Click, click your teeth together. Your teeth are shiny like the sun, The toothpaste just melts away. Snap, snap, snap to your new queen: Oh yes, I’m the toothbrush.

Sky Song In the sky.... The sun glows in the sky, The clouds gather overhead. The birds sing in the sky, Tops of trees blow in the wind. Children are watching from their windows. They wave to the birds. The evening light goes down Silently. Now I find that funky.

Old Days I love mum, She loves me. Her pet dog Bobby Helps her to find love. I’m not thought of, Mum’s still a girl at play. Whenever she plays with Bobby, She plays with me.

I’ve Got a Grandad Eh? Who? Do what? Do what, Rene? What did she say? Grandad, grandad, I’ve got a grandad. Eh? I said, Grandad, grandad, I’ve got a grandad. Who? Oh, forget it. Grandad, grandad, I’ve got a grandad. Do what? Do what, Ellen?

A Princess A princess? A princess is supposed to be beautiful With long blonde hair, addressed as “Your highness, Long mauve earrings, High, High, High-heeled shoes. A princess: me? you? me? you? Why, me of course.

Cycles of life A time to be born, A time to grow, A time to live, A time to play, A time to laugh, A time to dance, A time to drive, A time to sing, A time to eat, A time to drink, A time to have a baby. And the very last line: A time to die.

A Bit of Life After a funeral There’s a bit of the world you can never find again. When someone dies, They take their world with them. They say it’s not the end of the world when someone dies: Put your hand on your heart, You can tell that they are there. But there is a saying in this poem: You are never on your own.

Love Me Love is made for two, A chain is made for luck, A trumpet is made for using your lungs, I’m made for ice-cream. In the sky the birds are singing it back: Love is made for two, A chain is made for luck, A trumpet is made for using your lungs, I’m made for ice-cream. Love me now, Love me now, I’m flying like a bird.

A Nightmare Help, help, I can’t sleep. It’s night-time: what shall I do? I get out of bed. I go out of my room And dad, my big brother and little sister Are still asleep. It’s two pm: what shall I do? I go back to bed, I’m still having nightmares, Still….yes…. No more nightmares.
