Leadership Development LEC 48-54 This course is designed to provide emerging and existing student leaders the opportunity to analyze the theoretical aspects of leadership and apply those concepts to improve their leadership and apply those concepts to improve their leadership skills. The course prepares students to assume leadership position in campus organizational goal setting, decision-making strategies, team building, and organizational ethics, initiating change and conflict management. Prerequisite: None. AA/AS General Education: AA/AS B2--Transfers to CSU only Personal Leadership Development LEC 48-54 This course will explore advanced topics in leadership and the application to the personal lives, and careers in private or public sector organizations.
