Searching For Dante Jorge Louis Borge said that there are only four stories. They are the stories that resonate with our subconscious, that guide our actions, that predict our lives. Borge described them as: Siege of the City The Quest The Return Home and The (Self) Sacrifice of God This is the second book in the series and uses The Quest as it始s starting point. Quest stories portray the hero始s search for treasure and the journey this takes them on but the real quest is to fill the inner yearning, the emptiness that we all feel inside and endlessly try to fill. These attempts to fill the void have become our temptations, our sins, they distract us from accepting our true nature.

Once upon a time there was a girl. I feel empty she thought. So she went to see her friend. “Itʼs just hunger” he said So she ate and ate and ate. But she still felt empty.
Then she met another friend. “Youʼre just horny” He said. So they fucked and fucked and fucked. But she still felt empty.
“Ignore it.” Said another, pretend itʼs not there. “Donʼt tell anyone.” So she pushed it down and down and down.
This made her feel really angry. “Hit it.” Said another. “Get mad at it” But this felt worse than the emptiness.
“Buy things.” Said another. “Iʼm sure it will go away if you have enough things.” So she brought everything she could. But she still felt empty.
“I want what you have.” Said another. “Iʼm sure it will go away if I have what you have”
But she still felt empty.
“Itʼs impossible to fill.” said the last. “Stop trying.”
