Ty consults with each client to develop an individualized exercise program, specifically aimed at reaching the client’s ultimate goals while taking into consideration any physical limitations or past injuries.

Ty has a strong passion for helping people reach their fitness goals and derives extreme satisfaction from watching his clients’ transformations. The large yet private and nonintimidating environment of the fitness center at Olde Towne Athletic Club is the perfect fit for getting fit with Ty and his team of personal trainers.
