■ update CAFE 201 Judging from the rather light crowds the couple of times we were there, the lunch buffet at Cafe 201 isn’t getting as much attention as it deserves. The Italian sausage with peppers and onions was as good as similar dishes we’ve had in places that purported to be fulltime Italian restaurants, and we liked the sautéed zucchini too. The roasted potatoes were OK. There’s a good salad selection. The fruit salad (melons, pineapples, strawberries, etc.) was just the thing for a hot summer day. Add iced tea, a roll and bread pudding for dessert, and the total was $13.09. Not bad, for a hotel restaurant, and the café is in the Crowne Plaza.
