So opposite side of the spectrum, what is your least favorite drink to make? It depends on the day, but sometimes a mojito kind of sucks to make. Something that’s muddled, but that’s only when I’m super busy. So do you make your old fashioneds muddled? Oh yeah, but it’s not as much strength that goes into it. Your hand kind of hurts after a while when you’re making a mojito, but it depends on the day. How long have you been at Che’s Lounge? Three, maybe four months. Is that how long you’ve been bartending? No, I’ve been bartending for two years. Would you say Che’s Lounge is known for anything in particular? Che’s is known for PBRs, High Life, really good Bloody Mary’s, awesome people and good music.

Is there a most strange, weird event you’ve seen go down at the bar? There’s fights and stuff that happen that still kind of weird me out a little bit, just because I’m newer to the bar scene. I used to work at a restaurant for awhile, so that kind of throws me off still. Why can’t I think of anything weird? People are just weird sometimes. If as a customer I want to piss you off as a bartender, what do I do? Piss me off? Ah, OK. The number one way to piss me off is to sexually harass me in any way, shape or form. Any little thing. That’s the fastest way to piss me off. If I want to make your job as easy as possible, what do I do? Just be nice. Tip well if you got your beer in a timely manner and I wasn’t being bitchy to you. Just be cool. That’s all. Is there a drinking trend you’d like to see go away? Maybe asking, “what’s your cheapest drink?” That happens a lot. What else is lame? Just trying to get your friends as disgustingly drunk as possible on their birthdays, like asking for tequila-whiskey disgusting drink. A tequila-whiskey shot with 151 on top.
