© Mike Thompson

See this remarkable exhibition of photographs taken during the Miners’ Strike of 1984/85. NUM member Mike Thompson, who worked in Fernhill Colliery and later both Nantgarw and Cwm Coke Works, travelled around England and Wales taking photographs during the strike. This exhibition gives a personal and powerful view from the NUM side of the picket lines. Through My Eyes is part of the Museum’s commemoration of the 30th Anniversary of the miners’ strike.
