Italian composer/conductor Salvatore Di Vittorio (“follows in the foosteps of Respighi”-Accademia Filarmonica di Bologna) has completed these critical editions as part of a commission from the Respighi family and archive (Elsa and Gloria Pizzoli, great nieces; Potito Pedarra, archive curator/cataloger). Manuscripts were provided to the archive by Respighi’s wife Elsa Respighi (1894-1996).
