Her work in the studio is as distinguished as her reporting. She hosts two highly regarded shows, We The People, the country’s longest running talk show, and The Buck Stops Here. She has won over forty national and international awards including the Global Leader for Tomorrow award from the World Economic Forum, the Commonwealth Broadcasters’ Award for Journalist of the Year, and the Asian Television Award for Best Talk Show. She is the youngest journalist to have received the Padma Shri. She was educated at St Stephen’s College and Columbia University’s School of Journalism.
