‫يطيب لي ان أرحب بكم جميعا ً في هذا العدد‬ ‫اجلديد من مجلة االنطالقة واستعرض معكم‬ ‫الدور الكبير للعم والناصح العزيز ورئيس‬ ‫مجلس إدارة استثمارات الزياني السابق زايد‬ ‫راشد الزياني‪ ،‬الذي انطلق في مهمة جديدة من‬ ‫مهامه العديدة التي تهدف لرفعة وطننا الغالي‬ ‫البحرين‪.‬‬ ‫عمل العم في مناصبة و مهامة حوالي ‪ 24‬سنة‬ ‫مع فريق عمل استثمارات الزياني على تطوير‬ ‫األعمال وتعزيز مكانة اجملموعة محليا ً وإقليمياً‪،‬‬ ‫وقد حقق العديد من النجاحات إلميانه بأهمية‬ ‫األعمال التجارية لتطوير ومنو اقتصاد مملكة‬ ‫البحرين‪.‬‬ ‫عمل العم زايد بروح القائد الذي يؤمن بدور‬ ‫كل موظف لتحقيق األهداف والتطلعات‬ ‫املستقبلية للشركة‪ ،‬فاهتم واستمع‬ ‫للموظفني ملعرفة جوانب عملهم وأفكارهم‬ ‫االبداعية‪ ،‬وكل هذا لتطوير أعمال اجملموعة على‬ ‫جميع األصعدة واملستويات ودعم الكفاءات‬ ‫واملوارد البشرية من اجل النمو املستدام‪.‬‬ ‫كلف العم زايد باملهمة اجلديدة بعد أن حصل‬ ‫على الثقة السامية جلاللة امللك حمد بن عيسى‬ ‫آل خليفة بتعيينه وزيرا للصناعة والتجارة‪،‬‬ ‫ليبدأ مرحلة من العطاء والتفاني من أجل ما‬ ‫هو افضل للبحرين ومنوها االقتصادي‪ .‬نهنئ زايد‬ ‫الزياني على هذا التكليف العالي واملهم ونحن‬ ‫على ثقة بأنه قادر على حتمل مسؤولياته اجلديدة‬ ‫كما عرفناه بكل جدارة وجناح‪.‬‬

‫تفضل صاحب السمو امللكي األمير خليفة بن سلمان آل خليفة رئيس الوزراء بافتتاح معرض‬ ‫اخلليج للصناعات ‪ 2015‬في دورته الثامنة‪ ،‬والذي تنظمه شركة الهالل للمعارض واملؤمترات في‬ ‫مركز البحرين الدولي للمعارض واملؤمترات‪ ،‬مبشاركة عارضني ميثلون ‪ 14‬دولة‪.‬‬ ‫وقام سموه بجولة في أرجاء املعرض اطلع خاللها على ما يضمه من معروضات ومنتجات‪ ،‬حيث‬ ‫أبدى سموه اعجابه مبا يشتمل عليه املعرض من منتجات حديثة ومتطورة في مجال االنتاج‬ ‫الصناعي‪ .‬وقد زار صاحب السمو امللكي األمير خليفة بن سلمان آل خليفة شركة ميدال‬ ‫للكابالت حيث التقى بالسيد حامد راشد الزياني العضو املنتدب لشركة ميدال للكابالت ‪.‬‬ ‫من جانبه‪ ،‬أشاد سعادة السيد زايد بن راشد الزياني وزير الصناعة والتجارة بالرعاية الكرمية من‬ ‫لدن صاحب السمو امللكي األمير خليفة بن سلمان آل خليفة رئيس الوزراء املوقر الفتتاح معرض‬ ‫اخلليج للصناعة الذي تشارك فيه العديد من الشركات الصناعية العمالقة في املنطقة‪.‬‬

‫أقامت مبرة راشد الزياني اخليرية حفل الزواج اجلماعي االول‪ ،‬برعاية رئيس اجمللس األعلى‬ ‫للشؤون اإلسالمية الشيخ عبداهلل بن خالد آل خليفة وذلك مبجلس راشد الزياني‬ ‫مبدينة احملرق‪.‬‬

‫من خالل احلفل الكبير مت تكرمي ‪ 62‬شابا ً وشابة من الطائفتني الكرميتني‪ ،‬وقد تلقوا‬ ‫التهاني والتبريكات من احلضور والضيوف‪،‬‬

‫يعتبر زايد راشد عبدالرحمن الزياني وهو أصغر‬ ‫ابناء املغفور له بإذن اهلل رجل االعمال راشد بن‬ ‫عبدالرحمن الزياني احد اعمدة جناح مجموعة‬ ‫استثمارات الزياني والتي تعتمد على العنصر‬ ‫البشري للوصول إلى االهداف‪.‬‬ ‫أدار كل من األخوة خالد وحامد الزياني اجملموعة‬ ‫حتى التحق بهم زايد بعد حصوله على‬ ‫بكالوريوس أدارة األعمال من جامعة البحرين‬ ‫في عام ‪.1989‬‬ ‫عمله وانشغاله بأنشطة اجملموعة لم مينعه‬ ‫عن شغفة بالعلم فقد اكمل دراساته العليا‬

‫وحصل على ماجستير من جامعة‬ ‫بوسطن االميركية في إدارة األعمال في‬ ‫عام ‪.1992‬‬ ‫تفانيه في عمله ومهاراته اهلته لشغل‬ ‫مناصب عديدة في اجملموعة منها منصب‬ ‫رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة أستثمارات‬ ‫الزياني والعضو املنتدب لشركة جاكوار‬ ‫الندروفر‪ .‬كذلك منصب العضو املنتدب‬ ‫لشركة الفيرست موتورز‪ ،‬وعضو‬ ‫مجلس إدارة عقارات الزياني‪ ،‬الزياني‬ ‫للسيارات‪،‬الزياني للتأجير ‪ ،‬وشركة ميدال‬

‫الند روفر تدشن عام من االحتفال بسيارة ‪Defender‬‬

‫رجع الند روفر للمكان الذي انطلق منه للبدء بعام كامل من االحتفال بسيارة ‪ ،Defender‬من خالل‬ ‫الرسم على مساحة تقدر ‪ 1‬كم على رمال خليج رد والف في أجنلسي في بريطانيا‪ ،‬والذي تخلله‬ ‫اطالق ‪ 3‬طرازات محدودة وحصرية كبداية ممتعة لفصل جديد من قصة ‪.Defender‬‬ ‫وحيث أن إنتاج اململكة املتحدة من ‪ Defender‬اجلديدة يدخل مرحلته النهائية‪ ،‬ستخصص الند روفر‬ ‫عام ‪ 2015‬الحتفال بعالمتها العاملية‪.‬‬

‫كجزء من التدريب والتطوير جملموعة استثمارات‬ ‫الزياني‪ ،‬قام مدير قسم املوارد البشرية واإلدارية‬ ‫باجملموعة السيد محمد غريب وكبير موظفي‬ ‫املوارد البشرية واإلدارة في شركة الزياني‬ ‫للسيارات السيد محمد عقيل واملسئولة عن‬ ‫التدريب والتطوير املهني للمجموعة السيدة‬ ‫سونالي بحضور فعالية «امتشام لوجنيون‬ ‫– خطة متكني التشغيلية لعام ‪ ،2015‬والتي‬ ‫عقدت في ‪ 3‬ديسمبر‪.‬‬ ‫وقد ناقش احلضور نقاط تتعلق باملراحل اخملتلفة‬ ‫في مسيرة متكني (‪ ،)2017-2007‬واخلطة‬ ‫التشغيلية ‪ 2015-‬والتي تشمل برامج تأسيس‪،‬‬ ‫مناء وارتقاء لرجال األعمال واألفراد‪ ،‬ورضا العمالء‬ ‫واجلودة ‪:‬التركيز على رفع الفاعلية والنتائج‪.‬‬ ‫حتت رعاية محافظ العاصمة سعادة الشيخ‬ ‫هشام بن عبدالرحمن آل خليفة‪ ،‬رعت شركة‬ ‫الزياني للسيارات احتفال العيد الوطني الثالثة‬ ‫واألربعون والذي نظم حتت عنوان «حب و والء» من‬ ‫قبل النادي الباكستاني في حديقة األندلس في‬ ‫‪ 18‬ديسمبر‪.‬‬

‫شركة الس ّيارات األوروبية حتقق مبيعات قياسية‬ ‫لس ّيارات ‪ BMW‬و ‪ MINI‬عام ‪2014‬‬ ‫حقّ قت شركة الس ّيارات األوروبية‬ ‫أفضل مبيعات سنوية لها على اإلطالق‬ ‫عام ‪ 2014‬مع زيادة بنسبة ‪ 37%‬في‬ ‫مبيعات ‪ BMW‬و ‪ MINI‬مقارنة بالعام‬ ‫السابق‪ .‬وبفضل هذا اإلجناز‪ ،‬أصبحت‬ ‫البحرين ثالث أكبر سوق منوا ً جملموعة‬ ‫‪ BMW‬في الشرق األوسط بعد أبوظبي‬

‫وقد حقّ قت شركة الس ّيارات‬ ‫األوروبية‪ ،‬الوكيل واملوزّع املعتمد‬ ‫جملموعة ‪ BMW‬في البحرين‪ ،‬هذا‬ ‫اإلجناز امللفت بفضل التزامها‬ ‫املستم ّر جتاه عالمة ‪ .BMW‬ويُعزى‬ ‫أداء عالمة ‪ BMW‬اجل ّيد في البحرين‬ ‫القمة‪ ،‬إذ حققت س ّيارة‬ ‫إلى طرازاتها‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫النشاطات الرياضية ‪BMW X5‬زيادة‬ ‫بنسبة ‪ 164%‬في املبيعات‪ ،‬بينما منت‬ ‫مبيعات س ّيارة ‪ BMW‬الفئة السابعة‬ ‫بنسبة ‪ ،26%‬فحافظ الشرق األوسط‬ ‫بالتالي على موقعه كثالث أكبر‬ ‫سوق لـ‪ BMW‬في العالم بعد الصني‬ ‫والواليات املتحدة األمريكية من حيث‬ ‫وسجلت‬ ‫مبيعات هذا الطراز القمة‪.‬‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫س ّيارة ‪ BMW‬الفئة اخلامسة‪ ،‬الرائدة‬ ‫عامليا ً في فئة س ّيارات الصالون‬

‫أعلنت شركة فيرست موتورز‪ ،‬الوكيل احلصري‬ ‫لسيارات هيونداي في مملكة البحرين‪ ،‬عن فوز سيارة‬ ‫«هيونداي سانتا في» ‪ 2015‬بجائزة سيارة العام‬ ‫العائلية في فئة جوائز «اليف ستايل» من قبل موقع‬ ‫‪.Cars.com‬‬ ‫ويعد موقع ‪ Cars.com‬الوجهة الرائدة ملتسوقي‬ ‫السيارات عبر االنترنت‪ ،‬فهو موقع ميتاز باملصداقية‬ ‫والسالسة في عرض املعلومات للمستهلكني‬ ‫واخلبراء‪ ،‬كما يساعد املشترين على حتديد السيارة‬ ‫املرغوبة من خالل عرضه ملعلومات حول ميزات‬ ‫السيارة وتقدمي معلومات حول التسعيرة وثمن‬ ‫السيارة‪ ،‬باإلضافة إلى تقدمي معلومات شاملة عن‬ ‫عروض التجار‪ .‬ويعرض موقع ‪ Cars.com‬مجموعة‬

‫أعلنت شركة السيارات األوروبية‪ ،‬الوكيل احلصري‬ ‫لسيارات جاكوار الند روفر في مملكة البحرين‪ ،‬عن‬ ‫حتقيق جناحا ً هائال ً مببيعات سيارات جاكوار الند روفر في‬ ‫عام ‪ 2014‬تفوق مبيعات عام ‪.2013‬‬

‫من الصور ومقاطع الفيديو للسيارات املعروضة‬ ‫سواءا ً كانت جديدة أو مستعملة‪ ،‬وهو يتصدر‬ ‫القائمة من خالل حتقيقه معدل ‪ 30‬مليون زيارة‬ ‫شهريا‪.‬‬ ‫وال يتم اختيار السيارة الفائزة ضمن الفئات‬ ‫ببساطة‪ ،‬اذ يتم ترشيح عشرات السيارات كل‬ ‫عام‪ ،‬وهي تخضع لعدد من التصنيفات كاملتانة‬ ‫واجلودة والسالمة على الطرقات السريعة‪،‬‬ ‫عوضا عن جناحها في اختبارات التصادم‪ ،‬ويتم‬ ‫ترشيح السيارات وتقييمها للحصول على‬ ‫جوائز «اليف ستايل» من خالل فريق متخصص‬ ‫من قبل موقع ‪.Cars.com‬‬ ‫وفي هذه املناسبة قال السيد رائد معطي‪،‬‬ ‫املدير العام لشركة فيرست موتورز‪« :‬نحن‬

‫السيارات االوروبية – جاكوار الند روفر‪ -‬حتقق إجناز جديد‬

‫وقد جنح قسم املبيعات في شركة السيارات األوروبية‬ ‫جاكوار الند روفر في حتقيق جناحات ملموسة حيث‬ ‫مت بيع ‪ 405‬سيارة من طراز الند روفر في عام ‪2014‬‬ ‫متخطية عدد املبيعات في عام ‪ 2013‬الذي بلغ ‪334‬‬ ‫سيارة باإلضافة‪ ،‬أي بنسبة منو قدره ‪ 21%‬وارتفاع نسبة‬ ‫مبيعات سيارات جاكوار بنسبة ‪.41%‬‬ ‫قالت الشركة إن هذه النجاحات الهائلة لشركة‬ ‫السيارات األوروبية‪ ،‬التي تعكس جهود الشركة‬ ‫املتواصلة لتوطيد مكانتها في ريادة قطاع السيارات‬ ‫في مملكة البحرين‪ ،‬على أعقاب حصولها على شهادة‬ ‫تقدير لتحطيمها رقما ً قياسيا ً ملبيعات سيارات الند‬ ‫روفر لعام ‪.2013‬‬ ‫‪5‬‬

‫أعلنت شركة السيارات األوروبية‪ ،‬الوكيل‬ ‫احلصري لسيارات جاكوار الند روفر في‬ ‫مملكة البحرين‪ ،‬عن إطالق «خدمة التوصيل‬ ‫السريع» اجلديدة والتي تشمل مجموعة‬ ‫من أبرز سيارات جاكوار والند روفر لتوصيل‬ ‫العمالء الذين يحجزون موعدا ً خلدمة أو‬ ‫صيانة سياراتهم إلى وجهاتهم‪.‬‬ ‫وتعد هذه اخلدمة التي سيتم إطالقها‬ ‫اعتبارا ً من ‪ 22‬مارس ‪ 2015‬األولى من‬ ‫نوعها في مملكة البحرين وتعكس االلتزام‬ ‫املطلق لشركة السيارات األوروبية جاكوار‬ ‫الند روفر لتقدمي خدمات ومنتجات رائدة‬ ‫تهدف إلى إرساء معايير جديدة في قطاع‬ ‫السيارات في مملكة البحرين عبر تخصيص‬ ‫‪ 4‬سائقني و ‪ 4‬سيارات معدة لهذه اخلدمة‪.‬‬ ‫وتهدف شركة السيارات األوروبية جاكوار‬ ‫الند روفر من خالل هذه اخلدمة اإلرتقاء‬ ‫مبستوى خدمة عمالئها من مالكي‬ ‫سيارات جاكوار الند روفر وتطويرها لتصبح‬ ‫جتربة مميزة من فئة اخلمس جنوم‪ .‬وتعتبر‬ ‫هذه اخلدمة‪ ،‬بادرة مكملة خلدمات النقل‬ ‫املتوفرة حاليا ً في املعرض‪ ،‬مثل خدمة‬ ‫السيارة اجملانية املقدمة للعمالء الذين‬ ‫يحجزون موعدا ً مسبقا ً لصيانة أو إصالح‬ ‫سياراتهم‪.‬‬

I would like to welcome you all to this edition of Al Intilaqa Magazine, and share with you the great role that my Uncle, Mentor And Ex Chairman of Al Zayani Investments, Zayed Rashid Al Zayani has played in this company, as he now starts a new chapter in one his many missions to raise the name of our beloved Bahrain. My Uncle worked in various positions and roles over the last 24 years with the Alzayani investments team, on developing the business of the company and enhancing its place both locally and regionally, He has achieved plenty of success due to his faith in the importance of business to the development and prosperity of Bahrain. He has also worked in the spirit of a leader who believes in the role of each and every employee to achieve the goals and future ambitions of the company , and actively listened to his staff to know their side of work and their creative ideas in order to develop the group In every aspect and ensure continues development of human resources. Now, He has been tasked with a new mission, after gaining the trust of His highness King Hamad Bin isa Alkhalifa, who has appointed him Minister of Industry and Commerce, so that he can start his journey of hard work and dedication towards what is best for Bahrain and its economic development We congratulate Zayed Al Zayani for taking this highly important and role, and fully trust that he is capable to competently handle his new mission and succeed in it and as he always did.

His Royal Highness Prime Minister, Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has inaugurated the Gulf Industry Fairs (GIF) 2015. Organized by the Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE), the event was held at the Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre with the participation of exhibitors from 14 countries. HRH Prime Minister toured the fair, and expressed admiration of the exhibited items and products in the field of advanced industry technology. He also visited Midal Cables and met the company’s Managing Director, Hamid Rashid Al Zayani. Rashid Al Zayani Mabarrah Charity Foundation has held the first mass wedding in Muharraq. The ceremony was held at the newly constructed «Rashid Alzayani Majlis», under the patronage of the Supreme Islamic Affairs Council President Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalid Al Khalifa.

His love to motorsports has reinforced his contributions to turning the Formula 1 dream in Bahrain to a reality. In 2008 he was appointed as the Chairman of the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC). The Global Media Ride and Drive is an event organized by Land Rover each time they launch a new product; wherein motoring journalists from all over the world are invited to test drive the new vehicles. These test drives are held in the most extreme conditions to demonstrate the amazing capabilities of the new Land Rover vehicles in all weather and terrain conditions. The Global Media Ride and Drive in Iceland was held on 11th and 12th of January 2015 and is designed to elaborate on the powerful performance, versatility, off-road capabilities and technological advancements of the brand new 2-litre Discovery Sport, thereby showing-off the expertise Land Rover has established over the decades.

The course, which was held over 3 days, was prepared by Mr. Khalid Al Qoud, who is an executive coach, speaker, entrepreneur, a leadership expert and business consultant. The interactive course focused on equipping its participants with a knowledgebase that covers the role of public relations as well as assisting participants in gaining information on etiquette, event management, protocol and many other industry skills. The “Managerial Diplomacy in Public Relations” course included several presentations and interactive activities. Moreover, the course’s objectives include vital concepts and skills including developing effective communication with stakeholders and clients; utilizing the art of public relations, media and advertisements to form and manage public opinion; and identifying the needs and opinions of individuals within the organization. LAND ROVER EXPERIENCE BAHRAIN LAUNCH OF CENTRE AT BAHRAIN INTERNATIONAL CIRCUIT

Middle East off-road driving enthusiasts have a new facility to test and develop their skills. Land Rover, the global leader in the production of luxury all-terrain vehicles, today has inaugurated its first Land Rover Experience Centre in the Middle East region, in collaboration with Bahrain International Circuit(BIC).

The new Experience Centre will enable Bahraini residents, as well as wider Middle East consumers, to experience an all-terrain adventure. As the first Experience Centre by Land Rover in the region, the new Land Rover Experience Centre at Bahrain International Circuit will serve the Bahraini market, in addition to welcoming customers and prospects from around the MENA region. BMW rides for Bahrain with the Super Adventure Riders

A group of Bahraini motorcycle enthusiasts set off recently on their BMW Adventure Bikesfor a 15-day cross-country tour to raise money for local charities and spread the message of unity. Spanning more than 4,000kms, the Super Adventure Riders – eight BMW Adventure Bike owners from a variety of backgrounds – drove from Bahrain to Sharm El-Sheikh in Egypt, stopping at numerous points along the way to engage in charitable activities, including a visit to the Al Zaatari and Al Zarga refugee camps in Jordan. Euro Motors, the official importer of BMW Motorcycles in Bahrain, pledged its support to the group as the Super Adventure Riders embarked on a journey of a lifetime on their BMW R 1200 GS and BMW K1600 GTL exclusive motorcycles. The trip began on Thursday 15thJanuary, with the eight riders setting out from Bahrain over to Saudi Arabia. After riding through the Kingdom, the next stop was the Jordanian capital of Amman for three days. During the stopover, the team travelled two refugee camps including Al Zaatari, established to house Syrians fleeing from their country’s civil war.
