Alzayani Investments hosted a Ramadan Ghabgah for all staff at Sofitel hotel in July. During the event, the participants enjoyed Ramadan atmosphere and were treated to many activities. Employees of the year & Long Service had been awarded. The ceremony was included competitions such as traditional contests and search and win. Bahraini Journalist Participated in Jaguar Global Media Ride and Drive for the new Jaguar XE in Spain Jaguar Land Rover Bahrain, announced that it sent Mr. Mohammed A. Kayani, one of the most established automotive journalists in the kingdom, to the Navarra region in Northern Spain to witness first hand and experience the exhilarating and stimulating capabilities of the new Jaguar XE as part of Jaguar’s Global Media Ride and Drive programme. BMW motorcycles join Crown Prince Escort fleet
Euro Motors, the official BMW Group importer in Bahrain, has completed the handover of six of the BMW K 1600 GT models to the Ministry of Interior for the personal escort of the Crown Prince. Paul Yates, General Manager of Euro Motors, said: “We are honoured to be chosen to have our motorcycles to be part of the Crown Princes’ escort, there isn’t a better model to best represent the BMW Motorrad brand and be part of the escort. Hyundai All-New Genesis Passes 100K Sales Landmark Hyundai Motor has announced that global sales of the All-New Genesis have now exceeded the 100,000 unit figure, just over a year after the brand’s second generation premium sedan was launched across the Middle East and Africa. The All-New Genesis, which had its global launch in November 2013, has reached this landmark an impressive 10 months sooner than its predecessor, testament to the worldwide appeal of
this high-quality, luxury model. Built solely in Korea, the car is exported to the Middle East and Africa, Chinese, European, and North American markets, and had recorded total sales of 105,915 units by the end of May 2015. Scoring Initiative by Zayani Motors As part of their initiatives to support sports and activities across the Kingdom, Zayani Motors recently sponsored a football team that participated in a friendly football tournament.
First Motors, the exclusive dealer of Hyundai vehicles in Bahrain, recently named Mr. Jassim Abbas Ali as the lucky winner of their Ramadan Raffle Draw. Mr. Ali was presented with a brand new Hyundai Grand i10, at the First Motors showroom in Ma’meer, in the presence of First Motors officials. Anyone who purchased a vehicle from First Motors’ wide range of Hyundai cars or SUV’s during their ‘Heavyweight Offer’, which was from June 7 till July 30, entered into the raffle draw. All IT staff of Alzayani Investments took part in an information security awareness training as part of the ISO 27001:2013 requirements. Mr. Attaurrehman Hashmi from Infura Consulting conducted the training in June.

As a part of Training & Career Development of Alzayani Investment Group, several Zayani Properties staff attend an ‘Air Conditioning Training’ organized by National Institute of Industrial Training (NIIT) from May 29 to June 13. The participants were trained on the construction, operation and trouble shooting of air conditioning.

Land Rover Joined Efforts to Improve the Plight of Underprivileged Land Rover has joined forces with the Egyptian Red Crescent (ERC) and Swiss Red Cross (SRC), in a pioneering humanitarian project to improve the health and general well being of less fortunate Egyptians in the Zeinhum district of Cairo. The( two- year) project, supported with financial backing from Land Rover, had targeted 35,000 people in the most underprivileged communities of Hoash Bahara, Kal’et Al-Kabsh and Tal Al-Akareb in the Zeinhum area of central Cairo. The project aimed to increase access to healthcare, provide vocational training, and raise public awareness of slum inhabitants.The project was compiled by ERC and SRC, who, for several years, have had a strong working relationship and fruitful cooperation in the area of capacity building and relief aid.
JAGUAR MENA DESIGN XE COMPETITION WINNERS VISIT JAGUAR FACTORY As part of the Jaguar Design XE Competition which took place earlier this year, Jaguar MENA invited its Prize Winners to visit the JLR Global Headquarters for a once in a lifetime trip to the UK for an unforgettable Jaguar experience. Developed to challenge university students to ‘unleash their creativity› by designing their own piece of art inspired by the stunning Jaguar XE, the Design XE competition resulted in five Prize winners who were selected based on their artwork creativity, technique and potential as aspiring artists and designers. The Young winning artists including Ralph Hage (Lebanon) and Mahaba (UAE) were part of the winning team who got the chance to take part in this once in a lifetime trip giving them an exclusive inside look at the home of Jaguar.

AZI Staff Attends BCCI Seminar Senior HR and Admin Officers across all divisions as well as Legal Department of Alzayani Investments took part in a seminar by the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI) that was held at Al Ayam Publishing in March. PSA Peugeot Turbo PureTech engine named International Engine of the Year for 2015
Peugeot received the International Engine of the Year Award for its Turbo PureTech engine on Wednesday 17 June.
