Literacy Results of the Citi Financial Literacy and Academic Reach and Empowerment Program (FLARE), P.S. 86 Queens School, in Briarwood, NY. Prior to participating in the FLARE program, the average pre-program vocabulary score earned by all students was approximately 39.7%.
