Senior Software Engineer Wanted (Java etc.)

Issuu's looking for a talented developer interested in highly scalable systems.

You will mainly be working on expanding and improving our content pipeline, including search/indexing, data harvesting, and batch processing of raw content. Responsibilities

Expand and improve our content pipeline by designing and implementing new innovative features critical to success Work with the operations team, other engineering teams, and the product team to deliver a reliable high performance processing system Contribute to engineering best practices

Requirements

• MS in Computer Science or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
• Significant experience with Java or C#
• 4+ years of server-side development experience, preferably on Unix/Linux
• Adept understanding of scalability and performance considerations
• Motivated self-starter, fast learner, good communication skills (English)
